There are three time spans; short time span, medium time span, and long time span. Moreover, the monitoring period displayed on the chart can be chosen for every time span. The ranges of the monitoring periods which can be chosen for each time span are as follows.

Short	5 minutes	30 minutes
Middle	1 hour	6 hours
Long	1 day	6 days

Change the time span

Procedure 1

Click one of the [Time Span] button ( ) on the toolbar of the Traffic window, the time span will change accordingly.

Procedure 2

1. Right-click on the Traffic window.
2. Choose [Time Period].
3. Choose [Short], [Medium], or [Long].

Change the monitoring period

Procedure

1. Open [Options] dialog box.
2. Click [Monitor] in the tree view in the left of the dialog box.
3. Select a period from the [monitoring period] drop down list for each time span.

• The usage of memory will increase as the monitoring period is made longer.
