4.3.5 Copying Decoded Result to Other Applications
You can copy the decoded result displayed on a realtime decode, decode or stream view to other applications.
The decoded data being copied will differ, depending on the pane of the window and/or operation.
Copying the Text in a Cell of the realtime decode view
Procedure
- Click on the cell whose data you want to copy.

Choose [Copy] from the [Edit] menu of the Main window,
or press <Ctrl-C> key.
- Activate the application you want to paste the data on and press <Ctrl-V> key.
Copying the Text in a Cell of the Summary Pane or Packet Detail Pane of the decode or stream view
Procedure

Click on the cell in the Summary or Packet Detail pane whose data you want to copy.

Choose [Copy] from the [Edit] menu of the Main window,
or press <Ctrl-C> key.
- Activate the application you want to paste the data on and press <Ctrl-V> key.
Copying the Highlighted Data in the Dump Pane
Procedure

Set the focus to the Dump pane.

Choose [Copy] from the [Edit] menu of the Main window,
or press <Ctrl-C> key.
- Activate the application you want to paste the data on and press <Ctrl-V> key.
Copying Whole Data of the Selected Pane
Procedure

Set the focus
to the region (Summary, Packet Detail, or Dump pane) whose data you want to copy.
- Right-click on the pane.
- Choose [Copy Whole Data].
- Activate the application you want to paste the data on and press <Ctrl-V> key.
Note
- You cannot copy all the contents of realtime decode view at once.

You cannot copy all the data of all the pane in a window at once.
