6.3.6 Sorting Records in the Address Book

Procedure 1

Clicking on the column header will sort records by the contents of this column. Clicking once will sort records in ascending order. Clicking once again in descending order.
Procedure 2
  1. Right-click on an address book.
  2. Choose [Arrange].
  3. Choosing an item in the submenu will sort records by the contents of the selected item. Choosing once will sort records in ascending order. Choosing once again in descending order.
